Privacy Policy

What we do — and do not — collect.

1. Data we handle

1.1 There are no accounts, no logins and nothing personalised on this site, which leaves very little to collect. We run no analytics software, no advertising pixels and no visitor-tracking scripts of our own. What does exist is the standard record our web host keeps for every website: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser and device string your software sends. We do not use those records to build a profile of you, and we do not sell personal information.

2. Cookies

2.1 We place no cookies ourselves, whether for analytics, advertising or preferences. Our security and content-delivery provider may set essential cookies needed to filter malicious traffic and keep the site available. They are technical rather than commercial, and nothing here becomes unreadable if you block cookies.

3. Other companies

3.1 Click through to FanDuel Casino or another operator and you leave us behind — their privacy policy governs everything from that point. What those companies collect is outside our control, and we can see nothing of your account, deposits or verification with them.

4. Contacting us

4.1 Our contact form is not active — it sends nothing anywhere. Email us at one of the addresses listed on the Contact page and we keep the message and your address until the matter is settled. No mailing list, no newsletter, nothing follows from it.

5. What you can ask for

5.1 The law, with its usual exceptions, lets you ask what we hold about you and seek access, correction or deletion. Your location may also give you rights to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, to withdrawing consent, and to complaining to your privacy regulator. Write to us via the Contact page and we will deal with it.

6. Age of readers

6.1 Only adults of legal gambling age — 18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada — are meant to read these pages. No part of this site is aimed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Outbound tracking

7.1 Links to casino operators on this site may carry a referral marker so an operator can credit the visit to us. It does not tell us who you are, yet markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and like technical data may still be personal information in law — we prefer to state that rather than pretend otherwise.

8. Data-protection law

8.1 This site is published for readers in Canada. Where our processing falls within their scope, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply. Not every regime covers every visitor: applicability turns on where we operate and whom we address, not merely on your location at the moment of reading.

9. How long we keep things

9.1 Log files live on the host's standard rotation, and we keep no copy after it. Once a question is settled we delete the correspondence, unless a legal claim requires us to keep it.

Privacy requests about this website go through the Contact page.
